Does my cashback expire?

Use your cashback within 6 months of earning it. As long as you visit now and then, you'll never lose a balance.

Can I redeem on delivery or takeaway?

Cashback is earned on dine-in and takeaway, but redeemed on dine-in only. It's our way of getting you back through the door.

I got a new phone. Is my card gone?

No. Your balance lives with your member number, not the device. Re-install the card and message us in the chat to re-link it.

How do I check my balance?

Open the card in your wallet: your live balance and tier are right on the front.

Can I share my card with family?

One card per person keeps tiers fair, but referrals are unlimited, so get everyone their own and earn together.
