Can I redeem on delivery or takeaway?
Cashback is earned on dine-in and takeaway, but redeemed on dine-in only. It's our way of getting you back through the door.
I got a new phone — is my card gone?
No. Your balance lives with your member number, not the device. Re-install the card and message us on WhatsApp to re-link it.
How do I check my balance?
Open the card in your wallet — your live balance and tier are right on the front.
Can I share my card with family?
